The Governmental Affairs Committee facilitates communication between Farm Bureau members and local, state, and national legislators and legislating bodies.  The committee attends to matters that affect agriculture and Farm Bureau members.  It also keeps Farm Bureau members informed of current legislative issues that may impact them.

 

The Governmental Affairs Committee maintains positive relationships with legislators and their staff.  The committee also hosts an annual Legislative Breakfast for local state and national legislators to meet with County Board Members as well as Farm Bureau leaders.
